Prosciutto Crudo

Panini's are common everywhere in the world but here in Tuscany one can find some interesting goodies to go between the slices.  Today I enjoyed a panini with prosciutto crudo–one of 2 types of prosciutto having a nutty type flavor.  The tomatoes and mozzarella di buffalo rounded out the panini.  I regret not sampling the truffle spread but there is always tomorrow.  Un panini and a glass of wine...simple yet delicious.
